Trusted Immigration Evaluations Services
Accurate, compassionate assessments for a smooth immigration process.
Professional Assessments for Immigration
At Paige Psychotherapy, we understand that the immigration process can be deeply emotional and complex. Behind every case is a human story—one that often involves resilience in the face of fear, loss, or uncertainty. We provide comprehensive, trauma-informed psychosocial evaluations to support individuals and families navigating immigration proceedings. Our goal is to ensure each client’s experience is heard, understood, and accurately represented in a way that aligns with both clinical standards and USCIS legal requirements.
Your Experience, Expertly Represented
These evaluations are completed by a licensed clinical social worker with expertise in trauma, family systems, and cultural identity and are designed to help strengthen your legal case by documenting the emotional and psychological impact of your situation.
Types of Evaluations We Offer
Extreme Hardship Waivers
& Cancellation of Removal
These evaluations focus on the U.S. citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR) family member who would face extreme emotional, psychological, or medical hardship if their loved one were not permitted to stay in the United States. We assess how separation, relocation, or family disruption may affect the individual’s mental health, stability, and functioning.
Asylum, VAWA, U-Visa,
& T-Visa Evaluations
These evaluations are trauma-centered and designed for individuals who have endured persecution, abuse, or significant trauma. We create a supportive and safe space to explore how these experiences have impacted mental health while clinically documenting symptoms of trauma, post-traumatic stress, depression, or anxiety. Our reports help attorneys demonstrate how psychological harm relates to the client’s eligibility for legal protection.
Naturalization Waivers (Form N-648)
For individuals who cannot complete the U.S. naturalization test due to cognitive or psychological impairments, we conduct evaluations and provide documentation supporting exemption eligibility. We assess the individual’s diagnosis, level of impairment, and how these symptoms interfere with their ability to fulfill naturalization requirements.
