Jennifer Paige, MBA, LCSW

Founder & Clinical Director, Paige Psychotherapy
Founder, The Self Efficacy Project

Jennifer Paige is a New York–licensed clinical social worker, executive-level clinician, and founder of Paige Psychotherapy, a boutique private practice established in 2025. Her work is distinguished by clinical rigor, cultural intelligence, and a systems-informed approach to psychological wellness.

Raised in the Brownsville section of Brooklyn and the Opa-locka/Little Haiti communities of Miami Dade County, Jennifer developed an early awareness of how structural adversity and community resilience coexist. This perspective continues to inform her sophisticated understanding of how societal trauma, systemic barriers, and environmental stressors intersect with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, and complex relational patterns.

She completed her graduate studies in 2016, obtained initial master’s level licensure in 2017, and earned advanced licensure in 2025. In addition to her clinical credentials, Jennifer holds a Master of Business Administration, reinforcing her strategic leadership approach and her ability to design and sustain high-quality, ethically grounded mental health services.

Her clinical methodology is structured, discerning, and highly individualized. Engagement begins with a comprehensive biopsychosocial formulation, followed by a tailored treatment strategy designed to support both immediate stabilization and long-term psychological growth. She integrates evidence-based modalities—including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed practices such as Yoga for Trauma—within a discreet, collaborative therapeutic environment.

Jennifer is known for balancing warmth with clinical precision and accountability. Her practice is particularly aligned with individuals navigating high-responsibility roles, significant life transitions, or complex systemic pressures who value thoughtful, elevated psychological care.

Beyond private practice, Jennifer is the Founder of The Self Efficacy Project, a New York State 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing mental health advocacy, autonomy, and community reintegration initiatives for individuals transitioning from incarceration to community life.

She maintains telehealth practice agreements with the states of Florida and South Carolina and is actively expanding licensure across additional states to increase access to high-caliber, client-centered services.
